Installing TWODFDR

Please see the README.md file in the main source tree and the TWODFDR Developer Guide for more detailed instructions.

At this stage we only recommend expert users to attempt an installation of twodfdr. The Dockerfile mentioned in TWODFDR Developer Guide may be consulted for a possible sequence of steps to perform an installation on Debian 12. In the near future we will improve upon the installation procedure and provide more detailed instructions.
